Here is the low down Kate filed the order of protection against papa Lohan because she claims he shoved and kicked her during an argument and that she has proof to back up her accusations. Michael will be served once he returns from LA, he is there attempting to visit Lindsay in the slammer.
In terms of biography information on Kate well here is what we know. Major used to be a reporter for Star magazine, which she quit when she began dating reality TV famewhore Jon Gosselin, she said it was a conflict of interest. That is pretty much it that we know about the 27 year old Fairfield University graduate, other than she seems desperate to be famous, why else would someone date Jon and agree to marry Michael. However given that she is dying to be in the spotlight I have a feeling will be seeing and learning more about her whether we want to or not.

As for her new clothing line collaboration with designer Max Azria, Miley told press that she’s most impressed with the selection of jeans in the new collection.

After months of drama, Eddie Murphy and the mother of his child, Melanie Brown, have reconciled.
The “Doctor Dolittle” actor spoke about his child openly at the New York City Tribeca Film Festival.
“While promoting ‘Shrek Forever After,’ Eddie talked a lot about his kids,” says a source. “Ever since, he’s been making efforts with Mel to get to know their daughter.”

With the season finale of her hit reality show “The Hills” recently airing, Lauren Conrad is already back to work – spotted out filming scenes for new episodes in Los Angeles on Wednesday (May 21).
Wearing a cute blue dress and strappy sandals, Conrad ventured out for a bite to eat as she met up with fellow co-stars Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado.
Meanwhile, at the show’s finale party in Beverly Hills last week, rumor has it that Conrad “had fellow stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt banned because she wanted to be the center of attention and ‘didn’t want them to be a distraction.’”
According to a FOX Pop Tarts report, “the 22-year-old also attended the Wango Tango Music Event two days earlier with her posse and reportedly caused a stir at the gifting lounge when she came across the Spreegirl Intimates section – immediately recognizing the panties worn by Montag on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine featuring The Hills girls.”
